Last night it happened!!! I hit a milestone in my Early Bird Cafe passing the 100 sales mark! It has been 5 1/2 months since I began listing in my new etsy shop and feeling pretty happy with the sales and feedback. Two of the biggest sellers are the Everything Granola and the Cowboy Cookies. Last week I decided to put those two together and introduced Everything Cowboy Cookies, a rich, chunky oatmeal/chocolate chip cookie. Above is a new biscotti, Almond Joy! Coconut, Almonds and Chocolate chunks in this gourmet treat. Had 1 this morning with my coffee!
Everything Cowboy Cookies and Peanut Butter Cookies are also new items on the menu.
